This morel exceeded our expectations. We came for a wedding and stayed here. The service is great, the rooms are clean, very nice, spacious, the bathroom is clean as well. There are restaurants, and things to do around.

Patrick and Sarah were super friendly upon arrival. The rooms were clean with some night updates. Quiet area but convenient area to ge to some locals gems. Price was very reasonable.

Delayed by snow and ice storms on our long drive in, Patrick was very helpful. He called us to advise how to get into our rooms after he closed the office at 8:00 pm. Our two families booked 2 rooms in February. It was cold and icy everywhere. Buckets of de-icing salt were near our doors so we could apply it as necessary. The deluxe rooms were exactly as promised. Nicely updated with lots of room at the entrance for our ski gear. The heater was very powerful in both rooms. Even though we turned off the heat before heading for the slopes, it took only minutes to warm up when we got back. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We were very happy to stay here and will return in future.

Small quiet hotel I recommend bringing an extra pillow and blanket to be more comfortable and cozy. Everything was very clean besides the floors left my feet very dirty because I was barefoot until I realized how dirty they were. Powerful ac kept the room very cool as well as cable tv good size fridge and freezer and microwave. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very happy with my stay aside from the floors needing a good mop.

Have stayed here multiple times and was a great place to spend the night, it’s quiet and has some good restaurants near by! The front desk was very nice and helpful would stay here again!

I was just here overnight but I loved it! It’s not “luxury” but is very clean and comfortable, I felt very much at home during the quick stay. Beds are fine, there was a desk, mini-fridge with separate freezer section, microwave, etc. I didn’t deal with any staff directly but they seem friendly going by some notes left. I felt bad that I never have cash to leave for the cleaning staff and I left a note that maybe management could set up a Venmo for those of us who just don’t have that on us, and/or maybe a slip to write in a dollar amount and check off “Please charge my credit card on file.”

Great place! Room was spacious and extremely clean. The gentleman at reception was super nice and welcoming. There are no frills but it's nicely updated, very clean, comfortable beds, good tv, spotless bathroom, and great heater. We came up to ski and this place is only 10 minutes from Mt Sunapee. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are also quiet, never heard our neighbors.
